- 通过对大型压力容器制造工艺的分析,研究了等离子焊接技术在压力容器焊接中的应用,并通过金相分析、扫描电镜分析、残余应力分析、ANSYS仿真分析等方法研究了等离子焊接接头组织与性能。结果表明,相比于普通焊接技术,等离子焊接技术在大型压力容器制造过程中有突出优势和实用价值。The microstructure and properties of welding joint which prepared by the plasma welding technology were studied by metallographic, SEM, residual stress and ANSYS emulation analysis. The results show that plasma welding technology has more advantages and practical value in the manufacture of large pressure vessels than ordinary welding technology.
