- 介绍一种辊压机挤压辊埋弧堆焊装置的结构、使用方法。结果表明,该装置可以实现加热、堆焊、保温、连续清除焊渣等多种工艺,已成功应用于矿山、冶金行业的辊压机挤压辊的表面连续埋弧堆焊。The structure and application of a submerged arc surfacing device for extruding roll in a roller press were introduced. The results show that the device can realize heating, surfacing welding, heat preservation, continuous removal of welding slag and other processes. It has been successfully applied to the continuous submerged arc surfacing welding on the surface of extrusion roll of roller press in mining and metallurgical industries.
