- 概述了国内外铝合金铸件射线检测标准发展和应用情况。通过对比各个标准的关键技术要求,分析了标准中关于射线源、透照工艺和底片质量要求的差别,并重点讨论了质量分级方法。最终结合当前射线检测的技术现状对标准的整体情况进行了归纳,旨在为国内相关标准的修订提供参考。The development and application of X-ray detection standards for aluminum alloy castings at home and abroad are summarized. By comparing the key technical requirements of each standard, the difference of quality requirements of X-ray source, diopter process and negative in the standard were analyzed, and the quality classification method was discussed emphatically. Finally, combined with the current status of X-ray detection technology, the overall situation of the standard is summarized, aiming at providing reference for the revision of relevant standards in China.
