- 高炉炉缸、炉底的侵蚀危害着工厂的经济效益和广大工人的生命安全。为有效的避免灾难的发生,采用两点法结合大长板理论以及长圆筒理论,对高炉炉缸,炉底的侵蚀程度进行简单计算。结果表明,获得了炉缸、炉底遭受侵蚀的形貌及侵蚀范围,为高炉采取保险措施提供了有力的依据。The erosion of the blast furnace hearth and the bottom of the furnace jeopardizes the economic benefits of the factory and the life safety of the workers. In order to effectively avoid the occurrence of disasters, this paper will use the two-point method combined with the theory of long board and the theory of long cylinders for the blast furnace hearth. The degree of erosion of the bottom of the furnace is simply calculated, and the erosion morphology and erosion range of the hearth and the bottom of the furnace are obtained, which provides a strong basis for the blast furnace to take insurance measures.
