- 阴转子表面结构特殊,无法放置冷铁,导致铸件产生缩松。为解决这一问题,利用砂型3D打印技术的优势,在砂芯中设计散热通道,并在浇铸后通入压缩空气。结果表明,阴转子铸件超声波检测内部无缩松。在设计的散热通道内通入压缩空气,可以达到冷铁的效果,可以解决阴转子铸件的缩松问题。The surface structure of the female rotor casting was special, and the chiller cannot be placed, so it caused shrinkage defects of the casting. In order to solve this problem, the advantage of 3D printing technology of sand mold was utilized to design the heat dissipation channel in the sand core, and the compressed air was injected after pouring. The results show that there is no shrinkage porosity in the casting. Compressed air is introduced into the designed cooling channel, which can achieve the effect of chiller and solve the shrinkage porosity problem of female rotor casting.
