大型水轮机蜗壳砂型铸造工艺设计及优化

- 针对水轮机蜗壳的结构特征、工作条件及铸造工艺要求,确定砂型铸造生产的工艺方案,以降低生产成本、缩短生产周期、提高生产效率。在此基础上,制定蜗壳相应铸造工艺参数、浇冒口系统等,运用Any-Casting进行了凝固模拟。结果表明,模拟结果较为客观、准确。就铸件存在的缩孔、缩松等缺陷,通过改变冒口参数与增加冷铁达到铸件工艺优化的目的,确定蜗壳使用砂型铸造方法的可行性。In order to reduce the production cost, shorten the production cycle and improve the production efficiency, the technical scheme of sand mold casting production is determined according to the structural characteristics, working conditions and casting process requirements of hydraulic turbine volute casing. On the basis of this, the corresponding casting process parameters and gate system of hydraulic turbine volute casing were formulated, and the solidification simulation was carried out using Any-Casting software. The results show that the simulation results are more objective and accurate. According to the defects of shrinkage cavity and shrinkage cavity of casting, the feasibility of using sand casting method for hydraulic turbine volute casing is determined by changing the riser parameters and adding cold iron to optimize casting process.
