- 通过添加氧化物、硫酸盐类和高分子材料,以及调整粘结剂的中和度来提升磷酸盐粘结剂的性能,对现有的磷酸盐粘结剂进行改性研究。结果表明,通过加入上述3种材料后,砂型强度最高可达2.6 MPa。对于粘结剂中和度的调整,使砂型的抗吸湿性能提高,硬化时间缩短。
The properties of phosphate binders were improved by adding oxides, sulfates and macromolecular materials and adjusting the neutralization degree of binders. The results show that the maximum strength of the sand mold can reach2.6 MPa by adding the above three materials. The adjustment of the neutralization degree of the binder can improve the moisture absorption resistance and shorten the hardening time of the sand mold.
