- 针对一种45 t工程车桥用轮毂,采用湿型潮模砂的铸造生产方法,针对产品存在缩孔问题,应用MAGMA软件对铸造补缩工艺设计进行模拟分析计算,通过对残余液相分布和缩孔判据来分析补缩工艺设计是否满足铸件内部品质要求,并基于实际生产条件制定补缩工艺优化方案,对优化后工艺进行仿真模拟和实际生产验证,最终获得了致密的轮毂铸件。For a kind of wheel hub for 45T engineering vehicle,the MAGMA software was used to simulate,analyze and calculate the foundry shrinkage problem of the product by using the foundry production method of wet type tidal sand.Based on the actual production conditions,the optimization scheme of the feeding process was developed,and the simulation and actual production verification of the optimized process were carried out.The results show that by analyzing the residual liquid distribution and shrinkage criterion,the filling process design could meet the internal quality requirements of the casting,and the compact hub casting is finally obtained.
