4H缸体水套内腔烧结粘砂缺陷分析及对策

- 公司生产的4H干式缸套缸体,水套内腔烧结粘砂问题一直得不到很好的解决。采用局部预浸涂加整体浸涂、烘干后局部人工补刷涂料的3次施涂工艺,改进效果依然不理想。采用M590A涂料对水套芯进行一次浸涂,取消了预浸涂及烘干后人工补刷涂料的复杂工序,成功解决了4H缸体水套内腔烧结缺陷,提高了生产效率、降低了生产成本、降低了铸件废品率。The problem of sintering the inner cavity of the 4 H dry cylinder liner produced by the company had not been well solved.The improvement effect was still not ideal after three times application of partial pre-dip-coating plus integral dip-coating and partial manual rebrush coating after drying.The results show that M590 A coating is used to presoak the water jacket core,and the complicated process of pre-dip-coating and manual paint brushing after drying is eliminated,and the defect of sintering of 4 H cylinder block inner cavity is successfully solved,which improves the production efficiency,reduces the production cost and reduces the casting rejection rate.
