- 基于理论计算及相关试验和生产数据,对氧化法生产高纯生铁过程中高炉冶炼+铁水"三脱"(脱[S]、脱[Si]、脱[P])工艺进行了分析,对高纯生铁需控制的杂质元素在该工艺中的脱除情况进行了讨论。结果表明,在铁水"三脱"中,Al、B、Ti、Cr、Mn容易脱除至较低含量,As可微量脱除;与精料法相比,可降低生产成本。"三脱"后的铁水熔点升高,流动性变差,对其浇注成形有明显影响。On the basis of theoretical calculation and relevant test and production data,the"three delamination"([S],[Si],[P])process of blast furnace smelting+molten iron in the process of oxidizing production of high purity pig iron was analyzed,and the removal of impurity elements that need to be controlled in this process was discussed.The results show that Al,B,Ti,Cr and Mn are easily removed to a low level,while As is slightly removed.Compared with the concentrate method,the production cost can be reduced.The melting point of molten iron increase and its fluidity become worse after"three delamination",which has obvious influence on its casting.
