- 为控制生产成本,钢包保温层用新型气凝胶绝热板替代原复合反射绝热板。基于传热原理与有限元分析技术,以低碳钢SPHC为试验钢种测试其保温效果,通过ANSYS软件建立了钢包壁温度场数学传热模型,采用稳态分析方法研究了钢包包壳温度。通过用红外测温枪实测钢包包壳温度,对有限元分析结果进行了验证。结果表明,与原钢包相比,使用新型气凝胶绝热板钢包后,有限元计算钢包包壳温度降低67℃,实测钢包壁温度平均降低69℃,平均计算误差为2.99%;钢包在一个使用周转期内减少钢液温损9.88℃,成本降低2.7元/t钢,经济效益显著。In order to control the production cost,the original composite reflective adiabatic plate was replaced by a new type of aerogel insulation board.Based on heat transfer principle and finite element analysis technology,the thermal insulation effect of low carbon steel SPHC was tested.The mathematical heat transfer model of ladle wall temperature field was established by ANSYS software,and the temperature of ladle shell was studied by steady-state analysis method.The finite element analysis results were verified by measuring the temperature of the ladle shell with an infrared temperature measuring gun.The results show that compared with the original ladle,the finite element calculation of the ladle shell temperature decreases by 67℃after using the new type of aerogel adiabatic sheet ladle,the measured ladle wall temperature decreases by 69℃on average,and the average calculation error is 2.99%.Ladle reduces molten steel temperature loss by 9.88℃in one working cycle,and reduces cost by 2.7 RMB/ton of steel,achieving remarkable economic benefits.
