- 针对小方坯连铸工艺,利用有限元计算软件ProCAST对其凝固的过程进行了模拟。结果表明,优化后的二冷方案减轻了铸坯断面的应力集中,减少了铸坯表面的回温幅度,提高了产品质量。The solidification process of billet continuous casting was simulated by the finite element software ProCAST.The results show that the optimized secondary cooling scheme can reduce the stress concentration of the slab section,reduce the temperature return range of the slab surface,and improve the product quality.
