- 通过对消失模铝合金铸造中影响充型导致质量不稳定的各因素进行分析,采用CAE过程模拟与实际试制相结合的方法,找出了提高6DS变速器壳体铝合金消失模铸件前端面质量的最佳方案。In this paper,through the analysis of the factors that affect the mold filling in the lost foam aluminum alloy casting,the best scheme to improve the quality of the front end face of the 6DS transmission shell is found by combining the CAE process simulation with the actual trial production.
