- 对秸秆膨化机螺杆用Cr20高铬铸铁进行不同温度的淬火及回火处理,借助光学显微镜、扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪和磨损试验机等研究不同热处理温度和回火次数对Cr20高铬铸铁微观组织、硬度、韧性、耐磨性的影响。结果表明,采用990℃×1 h风冷淬火,配合250℃×1 h一次空冷回火和400℃×1 h二次空冷回火处理,Cr20基体组织二次碳化物析出量较多,马氏体含量高,材料耐磨性能好,耐磨性高于Cr15、Cr26高铬铸铁
The effects of quenching and tempering temperature on the microstructure,hardness,toughness and wear resistance of Cr20 high chromium cast iron were studied by means of optical microscope,scanning electron microscope,X-ray diffraction instrument,hardness tester and abrasive wear testing machine.The results show that Cr20 has the highest wear resistance compared with Cr15 and Cr26 because of the high content of secondary carbide and martensite after quenching at 990℃×1 h,combined with primary tempering at 250℃×1 h and secondary tempering at 400℃×1 h(Air cooling).
