锅炉用鳍片管腐蚀穿孔原因分析

- 某公司锅炉用鳍片管在使用过程中发生穿孔现象,采用化学成分分析、金相分析和扫描电镜等方法对其穿孔原因进行了分析。结果表明,鳍片管向火侧壁厚严重减薄,说明锅炉局部空气动力场不佳,导致燃烧火焰反复冲刷鳍片管向火侧,进而产生变化的热应力,使鳍片管向火侧发生腐蚀性热疲劳;游离态硫能够直接穿透管壁金属表面保护膜并与铁发生反应,使管壁内部硫化,同时使氧化膜疏松、剥裂甚至脱落;鳍片管穿孔是由于热疲劳和游离态硫的高温腐蚀协同作用所致。
The reason of perforation of finned tube used in boiler was analyzed by chemical composition analysis,metallographic analysis and SEM.The results show that the thickness of the side wall of the finned tube is severely reduced,indicating that the local aerodynamic field of the boiler is not good,which leads to the repeated scouring of the burning flame on the side of the finned tube to the fire,resulting in the change of thermal stress,and the corrosive thermal fatigue on the side of the finned tube to the fire.The free sulfur can directly penetrate through the metal surface protective film of the pipe wall and react with the iron,so as to vulcanize the inside of the pipe wall and make the oxide film loose,split or even fall off at the same time.The finned tube perforation is due to the synergistic effect of thermal fatigue and high temperature corrosion of free sulfur.
