- 运用计算机模拟仿真研究了高导电铸件的铸造工艺过程。通过分析铸件的充型及凝固过程,结合生产过程的实际情况对工艺进行优化,有效消除了镀银面的缩松缺陷,降低了废品率。
The casting process of high conductivity casting was studied by computer simulation.Through the analysis of mold filling and solidification process of casting,the process was optimized according to the actual situation of production process.The results show that the shrinkage and porosity of the silver plating surface are effectively eliminated and the reject rate is reduced.
