汽车轮毂用新型铝硅镁系铸造铝合金耐磨性能研究

- 铝硅镁系铸造铝合金在汽车工业上应用非常广泛,汽车制造中轮毂用的材料几乎都采用铝硅镁系合金。以ZL101为基体添加了Cu、Si、Mg、Mn等多种合金元素形成一种新型铝硅镁系合金,对改良合金材料及基体材料在变换载荷及润滑状况的条件下进行摩擦磨损试验,对这两种材料的耐磨性进行研究,对磨件为淬火45钢。摩擦磨损试验结果表明,在干摩擦及油润滑摩擦条件下新型铝硅镁系铸造铝合金的耐磨性和减摩性均优于对比材料ZL101合金。
Al-Si-Mg casting alloy was widely used in the automotive industry.With ZL101 as the matrix,various alloy elements such as Cu,Si,Mg,Mn and so on were added to form a new type of Al-Si-Mg alloy.Friction and wear tests were carried out on the improved alloy materials and matrix materials under the condition of changing load and lubricating state.The wear resistance of the two materials was studied,the grinding part was quenched 45 steel.The results show that the wear resistance and anti-friction property of the new series of Al-Si-Mg cast alloy are better than that of ZL101 alloy under the condition of dry friction and oil lubrication friction.
