基于抗燃气热腐蚀性能的DZ466合金成分优化

- 在DZ466合金成分基础上调整Cr、Al、Ti含量得到4种试验合金A1、A2、A3和A4,对比研究了试验合金及基础合金(DZ466(A0)和DS GTD111)在900℃/100 h燃气腐蚀条件下的抗热腐蚀性能,研究了成分变化对合金力学性能的影响。结果表明,A1的腐蚀动力学曲线呈抛物线型,其抗燃气热腐蚀性能优于其它试验合金以及DZ466(A0)和DS GTD111。A1与DZ466(A0)合金的腐蚀产物类型相近,A2、A3、A4与DS GTD111具有类似腐蚀产物类型。A1合金的室温拉伸强度、950℃/220 MPa持久寿命和塑性均相对较好,其整体性能在4种试验合金中最好,获得了力学性能和抗燃气热腐蚀性能的最优组合。
Four kinds of test alloy A1,A2,A3 and A4 were obtained by adjusting the contents of Cr,Al and Ti on the basis of the composition of DZ466 alloy.The thermal corrosion resistance of the test alloy and the base alloy(DZ466(A0)and DS GTD111)under the condition of 900℃/100 h gas corrosion was compared,and the influence of the composition change on the mechanical properties of the alloy was studied.The results show that the corrosion dynamics curve of A1 is parabolic,and its resistance to gas thermal corrosion is better than that of other experimental alloys,DZ466(A0)and DS GTD111.The corrosion product types of A1 and DZ466(A0)alloy are similar,and A2,A3,A4 and DS GTD111 have similar corrosion product types.A1 alloy has relatively good tensile strength at room temperature,durability and plasticity at 950℃/220 MPa,and its overall performance is the best among the four test alloys.The optimal combination of mechanical properties and thermal corrosion resistance of gas is obtained.
