- 介绍了实际生产中砂型铸造镍铝青铜螺旋桨典型的6种缺陷,即缩孔缩松、皮下气孔、冷隔、机械粘砂、夹渣和夹砂。结合生产情况分析了缺陷产生的主要原因,给出了相应的解决对策,有效地改善了砂型铸造镍铝青铜螺旋桨产品的质量。
The typical sand casting defects in production of Nickel-Aluminum alloy propeller, such as shringage cacity and porosity, sub-surface porosity, cold shut, metal penetration, slag inclusion and scab of copper alloy were introduced. The main reasons for the defects were analyzed and the corresponding solutions were proposed to improve the product quality in production.
