- 针对某型号制动器钳体在试制和运用过程中产生的灰斑和缩松渗油问题,分析讨论了上述问题产生的原因及原工艺存在的不足。结果表明,通过调整铸造工艺和优化防渗硫措施,解决了上述问题,为其批量生产质量稳定性打下了基础。
In view of the gray spot and shrinkage and porosity of the brake clamp casting in the process of trial-manufacture and application,the causes of the above problems and the shortcomings of the original technology were analyzed and discussed.The results show that the above problems can be solved by adjusting the casting process and optimizing the measures of anti-seepage sulfur,which lays a foundation for the mass production quality stability.
