- 高速动车组铝合金车体在进行焊接时,会在一定空间内产生温度场,而此温度场的分布又成了焊接应力场和应变场的影响因素,直接决定焊接点的焊接质量。但传统的接触式测温法无法对铝合金车体焊接温度场内各点进行实时监测。针对动车组车体生产现场的实际情况,可采用非接触式测量方法进行温度场的实时监测。结果表明,基于CCD摄像机的焊接温度场温度监测方法,运用数字图像处理技术得到焊接温度场分布,并与传统接触式测量法进行比较,结果偏差很小。此测量系统同时具有简易便携的特点,能较大程度提高生产质量和效率。
During the welding of the aluminum alloy body of high-speed EMU, the temperature field will be generated in a certain space, and the distribution of the temperature field becomes the influence factor of the welding stress field and strain field, which directly determines the welding quality of the welding joint. However, the traditional contact temperature measurement method cannot monitor the welding temperature field of aluminum alloy car body in real-time. In view of the actual situation on the production site of the EMU body, the non-contact measurement method can be used to monitor the temperature field in real-time. The results show that the distribution of welding temperature field is obtained by using digital image processing technology in the temperature field monitoring method based on CCD camera. Compared with the traditional contact measurement method, the deviation is very small. At the same time, this measuring system is simple and portable, which can greatly improve the production quality and efficiency.
