- 铜模是铜精炼过程中制作阳极板的重要装置,铜模使用寿命决定停机更换的频率,影响生产效率。对铜模铸件和球化退火组织进行对比分析,提出了一种新的铜模制作工艺。结果表明,使用该工艺可以提高铜模使用寿命,并降低加工成本。
Copper mold was an important material for producing anode plate in copper refining process. The service life of copper mold determined the frequency of downtime and replacement, which affects the production efficiency. The microstructure of copper mold casting and spheroidizing annealing was analyzed, and a new technology of copper mold making was proposed. The results show that this technology can improve the service life of copper mold and reduce the processing cost.
