- 为提高Cr12MoV钢的表面硬度和耐磨性,采用等离子渗氮技术在Cr12MoV钢表面进行渗氮处理,再利用多弧离子镀技术分别在渗氮层表面和基体表面制备了CrAlN涂层;分析了Cr12MoV钢基体、渗氮层和CrAlN涂层的显微形貌、显微硬度和摩擦磨损性能。结果表明,经渗氮处理后的CrAlN涂层的硬度达到3347 HV,是未渗氮处理的CrAlN涂层硬度的1.7倍,是Cr12MoV钢基体硬度的11.8倍;CrAlN涂层提高了Cr12MoV钢表面硬度,耐磨性得到提升,磨损机制以粘着磨损为主;渗氮处理提高了Cr12MoV钢与CrAlN涂层的结合力,使CrAlN涂层的耐磨性得到进一步提升
In order to improve the surface hardness and wear resistance of Cr12MoV steel,the surface of Cr12MoV steel was nitrided by plasma nitriding technology,and the CrAlN coating was prepared on the surface of nitriding layer and substrate by multi-arc ion plating technology.The micromorphology,microhardness and friction and wear properties of Cr12MoV steel substrate,nitriding layer and CrAlN coating were analyzed.The results show that the hardness of CrAlN coating after nitriding is up to 3347 HV,which is 1.7 times of that of CrAlN coating without nitriding and 11.8 times of that of Cr12MoV steel substrate.CrAlN coating improves the surface hardness and wear resistance of Cr12MoV steel,and the wear mechanism is mainly adhesive wear.Nitriding treatment improves the adhesion between Cr12MoV steel and CrAlN coating,and further improves the wear resistance of CrAlN coating.
