- 借助MAGMASOFT的DOE功能,在ETC节气门铝壳体铸件开发前期,进行不同浇注方案和多种工艺参数模拟分析对比与优化,以此选择最优方案。结果表明,减少了开发周期,保证了该零件一次试模成功性,并顺利实现量产。
With the aid of MAGMASOFT’s DOE function,different injection pouring schemes and various process parameters were compared and optimized at the early stage of ETC throttle aluminum shell casting,so as to select the optimal scheme.The successful production of the first trial die cast ETC aluminum throttle housing casting was guaranteed,the success of the mold test is guaranteed,and the mass production is realized smoothly.
