- 研究了不同回火温度对300M钢微观组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,在200~600℃回火,300M钢组织由回火马氏体和残余奥氏体组成。随着回火温度的升高,回火马氏体的板条状形貌特征逐渐消失,残余奥氏体含量下降.粒状渗碳体或碳化物析出;硬度、屈服强度和抗拉强度呈下降趋势,伸长率提高
The effects of different tempering temperatures on microstructure and mechanical properties of 300M steel were studied.The results show that the microstructure of 300M steel is composed of tempered martensite and retained austenite when tempered at 200-600℃.With the increase of tempering temperature,the lamellar morphology of tempered martensite gradually disappeared,the content of residual austenite decreased,and granular cementite or carbide precipitated.The hardness,yield strength and tensile strength of 300M steel decreased,and the elongation increased.
