- 近几十年来,铝 / 镍层状复合材料作为一种质轻高强、耐高温、耐腐蚀且能量密度高的新型复合材料,已经
成为金属层状复合材料的研究热点之一,在高温结构材料、电池制造和武器装备等领域有着广阔的前景。 综述了铝 / 镍
层状复合材料的发展背景及现状,从热力学和动力学两方面分析了复合界面处不同种类铝 / 镍系金属间化合物的形成
规律;讨论了铝 / 镍层状复合材料的制备工艺、力学性能和影响因素,展望了铝 / 镍层状复合材料的研究方向和发
展趋势。
In recent decades, aluminum/nickel layered composites, as a new type of composite material with light weight,
high strength, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and high energy density, have become one of the research
hotspots of metal layered composites, and have a broad prospect in the fields of high temperature structural materials,
battery manufacturing and weapons equipment. The development background and current status of Al/Ni layered
composites are reviewed. The formation of different Al/Ni intermetallic compounds at the composite interface is analyzed
from thermodynamics and kinetics. The preparation process, mechanical properties and influencing factors of Al/Ni
laminated composites were discussed, and the research direction and development trend of Al/Ni laminated composites
were prospected.
