- 使用“铸造 - 热轧”方法对“连续铸造 - 热轧”法制备 Al/(Al-B 4 C)/Al 层状复合材料的过程进行了模拟,并对制
备的试样进行了组织分析和性能检测。 结果表明横截面上 Al 颗粒和 Al-B 4 C 颗粒分布均匀, Al-B 4 C 颗粒没有发生团聚
现象, 证明该实验方法可行。 对轧制后不同厚度的层状复合板包覆率进行了计算, 测量了维氏硬度。 结果表明, Al/
(Al-B 4 C)/Al 层状复合材料的性能优异。 当试样总厚度为 3 mm 时,包覆率最高,且中间层中心处硬度值最高。
In this paper, “ casting-hot rolling ” method was used to simulate “ continuous casting-hot rolling ” for preparing
Al/(Al-B 4 C)/Al laminated composite material; the microstructure and properties of the prepared composite samples were
analyzed. The results show that Al particles and Al-B 4 C particles are uniformly distributed on the cross section; and there
are no agglomeration phenomena of Al-B 4 C particles, these results prove that the experimental method is feasible. The clad
ratio of laminated composite plate with different thickness after rolling was calculated, and the Vickers hardness was
measured. The results show that the properties of Al/(Al-B 4 C)/Al laminated composite are excellent. When the overall
thickness of the sample is 3 mm, the clad ratio is the highest, and the hardness value at the center of the central layer is the
highest. These provide a reference for follow-up research.
