- 脉冲磁场(PMF)凭借瞬时强磁、对材料无污染和操作方便等优点,在铝及铝合金铸造方面具有良好的应用
前景。 针对形核的起源及柱状晶向等轴晶转变(CET)机制,论述了脉冲磁场对凝固组织的影响,总结了凝固组织的细化
及控制机理,最后对数值模拟在此领域的应用进行了展望。
Pulsed magnetic field (PMF) has a good application prospect in aluminum and aluminum alloy casting by virtue of instantaneous strong magnetism, no pollution to materials and convenient operation. Based on the origin of nucleation and the mechanism of columnar to equiaxed transition (CET), the influence of pulsed magnetic field on solidification structure is reviewed, the mechanism of solidification microstructure refinement and control is summarized, and the application of numerical simulation in this field is prospected.
