冷芯盒组芯造型工艺在球墨铸铁件生产中的应用

获得了良好的效果的经验。 并对冷芯盒造型工艺与传统造型工艺的铸件在铸件外观质量，金相组织和铸造缺陷，产能和
良品率，制造成本等数据做出对比，表明冷芯盒造型工艺在以上各方面均优于传统造型工艺。
The key points of cold core box core assembly molding technology for production of ductile iron castings are described. Processing parameters, microstructure, casting defects, productivity, casting yield and cost were compared between core assembly molding and normal sand molding methods. Results show that core assemble molding method is better than normal sand process for the current castings
