进行了分析和工艺验证。 调整外模排气系统，优化涂料，成功解决铸件气孔缺陷，降低了铸件废品率。
In view of the situation of air hole defect in cylinder head casting process with whole core vertical casting process, the causes of the defects in the casting were analyzed and the process verification was carried out. The results show that by adjusting the exhaust system of the outer die and optimizing the coating, the porosity defect of the casting is solved successfully, and the castings reject rate is reduced.
