工艺部分替代熔模铸钢工艺。 使用该覆膜砂，不仅具有良好的质量改善效果和显著的经济效益，而且具有良好的环保性。
A special novel coated sand for casting steel was developed independently and its application effect was compared and studied. The results show that the cast steel coated sand is specially used for shell mold casting process, which can be cast naked without spraying, and can also be used for shell mold casting process, and can reduce the use of ceramic sand . The shell mold casting process can partially replace the investment casting process by using the coated sand. The use of the coated sand, not only has a good quality improvement effect and remarkable economic benefits, but also has a good environmental protection
