水-空冷热处理贝氏体钢液冷时间对其组织性能的影响

响。 结果表明,水冷 20 s 后空冷,力学性能最佳,边部 Rm 为 1 363 MPa,AKV 为 76.5 J;1/2 半径处 Rm 为 1 361 MPa,AKV 为
80.6 J;心部 AKV 为 97.5 J。与空冷贝氏体钢相比,20 s 水冷-空冷,边部和 1/2 半径处拉伸强度和冲击性能提升幅度不大,
但可以大幅度提高棒料心部的冲击值。 20 s 水冷-空冷,组织为贝氏体+铁素体+残余奥氏体;50 s 以上水冷-空冷,组织
为回火马氏体、贝氏体和少量的残余奥氏体。
The effect of water cooling time on the microstructure and mechanical properties of diameter with 53 mm bainitic steel bars after austenitizing at 920 ℃ was studied. The results show that the best mechanical properties are obtained by air cooling after water cooling for 20 s, with edge Rm of 1 363 MPa and AKV of 76.5 J. Rm and AKV at 1/2 radius are 1 361 MPa and 80.6 J respectively, the AKV at center is 97.5 J. Compared with the air-cooled bainite steel, the tensile strength and impact property at the edge and 1/2 radius of the 20 s water-cooled bainite steel are not greatly improved, but the impact value at the core of the bar can be greatly increased. For 20 s, the structure is bainite +ferrite+ retained austenite; Over 50 s, the microstructure is tempered martensite, bainite and a small amount of residual austenite.
