- 分析了 SCR 铜杆生产线铸轮的使用工况和主要技术要求,研究了小尺寸铸轮运行中存在的缺陷,提出了
相应的工艺改进及控制关键技术。 结果表明,解决了制约铜杆生产的技术“瓶颈”,以及同类型生产线连铸过程中
的 “核 心技术”问题。 可实现铜杆生产线的安全、连续、稳定和高产。 铜杆品质好,小尺寸铸轮使用寿命长,损耗量小,生
产成本低。
Analyzed the SCR copper rod production line working condition limit of size casting wheel and the main technical requirements, it studied the casting wheel defects existing in the operation of small sizes, it put forward the corresponding key technology of process improvement and control, it successfully solved the poor quality of copper rod become the “bottleneck” restricting production technology and the same type “core” problem in the process of continuous casting production line. it can realize the production line of safe, continuous, stable and high yield, the quality of copper rod is good, the service life of small sizes of casting wheel is long, the wastage amount is small, and the production cost is low.
