复杂镁合金精密铸件的熔模铸造工艺

- 通过熔模铸造底注式浇注系统设计、浇注过程仿真模拟,并采用 XRD 和 X-Ray 无损探伤仪研究了制备的
复杂镁合金精密铸件。 结果表明,该浇注系统金属液补缩良好,制备的铸件表面光滑,与型壳之间未发生明显界面反应,
且铸件组织致密,无缩松缩孔缺陷,经三坐标检测,铸造尺寸公差达到 CT6 级。
The complex magnesium alloy precision castings were studied by the design of the bottom pouring system, the simulation of the pouring process, and the XRD and X-Ray nondestructive flaw detector. The results show that the metal molten feeding of the casting system is good, the surface of the casting is smooth, and there is no obvious interface reaction between the casting shell and the molded shell. The casting structure is compact, and there is no shrinkage porosity and cavity. The dimensional tolerance of the casting can reach CT6 grade by the three-dimensional test
