造工艺所获得的晶粒更细小,显微硬度更高。 同时,选区激光熔化工艺可以大幅提升 AZ91D 镁合金的抗拉强度与伸长
率,性能指标远超传统铸件。
The AZ91D magnesium alloy was prepared by selective laser melting technology (SLM). The microstructure and properties of SLM-AZ91D magnesium alloy were studied by means of optical microscope, scanning electron microscope and microhardness tester, and compared with the traditional casting process. The results show that the SLM-AZ91D magnesium alloy is finer grain and has higher microhardness than the traditional as-cast process. At the same time, the tensile strength and elongation percentage of AZ91D magnesium alloy can be greatly improved by SLM process, which is much higher than that of traditional casting parts.
