铜合金层厚度对固液连铸Cu-Pb-Sn/钢背层状复合材料组织及性能的影响

度对 C/S 复层材料微观组织和综合性能的影响。 结果表明,随着铜层厚度的增加,Cu-24Pb-2Sn(wt.%)合金中富 Pb 相分
别呈现出粗大枝晶网状、连续网状、弥散球棒状以及异常粗化球棒状等的不同形态。 同时,钢侧微观组织形貌也随铜层
厚度增加产生相应变化。 铜合金层厚度为 6 mm 时 C/S 层状复合材料具有最佳的微观组织和综合性能。Cu-24Pb-2Sn /Steel (C/S) lamellar composites were prepared by solid-liquid horizontal continuous casting. The effects of different copper alloy layer thickness on microstructure and comprehensive properties of C/S laminate compositeswere studied.The results show that with the increase of copper layer thickness, the Pb-rich phase in Cu-24Pb-2Sn (wt.%) alloy presents different morphology, such as coarse dendrite network, continuous network, disseminated sphere-like andabnormal coarsening sphere-like. Meanwhile, the microstructure of steel side changes with the increase of copper layer thickness. The C/S lamellar composites have the best microstructure and comprehensive properties when the thickness ofcopper alloy layer is 6 mm.
