棘轮是棘轮补偿装置中最重要的接触网零部件,在热处理过程中极易出现变形,导致棘轮的不平度超过技术标准,对后道工序的产品质量造成影响,最终影响到棘轮补偿装置的安装精度及使用寿命。研究了工装设计,以保证棘轮热处理过程中的变形能够得到控制。结果表明,本工装方案的设计可以有效的保证棘轮热处理后,不平度达到技术要求,使材料的有效利用率和生产效率到得了提高,稳定产品技术要求,缩短工件加工工时。
The ratchet wheel is the most important catenary part in the ratchet wheel compensation device. It is easy to be deformed in the heat treatment process, resulting in the ratchet wheel's unevenness exceeding the technical standard, affecting the product quality of the following process, and ultimately affecting the installation accuracy and service life of the ratchet wheel compensation device. The tooling design was studied to ensure that the deformation of ratchet wheel can be controlled during heat treatment. The results show that the design of the tooling scheme can effectively ensure that after the heat treatment of ratchet wheel, the flatness meets the technical requirements, so that the effective utilization rate of materials and production efficiency has been improved, stable product technical requirements, shorten the work piece processing time.
