以压铸模具的实际运行状态监视为背景,研发了一套基于树莓派和机器视觉的压铸模具监视系统。结果表明,该系统可实时监测压铸模具工作过程中温度、压力、润滑各参数的变化;对工业相机采集的压铸模具膜腔表面图像采用智能算法处理,可判断膜腔内的残渣分布情况;监视系统的可视化集成在Web端,远程登录系统即可实时查看压铸模具运行的状态信息。该系统实施部署过程简单,有效的降低劳动成本,为压铸模具智能化生产过程提供有益参考。
A die casting die monitoring system based on Raspberry Pie and Machine Vision was developed based on the actual running status monitoring of die casting mould. The results show that the system can monitor the changes of temperature, pressure and lubrication parameters during the die casting process in real time. The film cavity surface image of die casting mold collected by industrial camera is processed by intelligent algorithm to judge the residue distribution in the film cavity. The visual integration of the monitoring system is in the Web end, and the status information of the die casting mold can be checked in real time by logging in the system remotely. The implementation and deployment process of the system is simple, and the labor cost is effectively reduced, which provides beneficial reference for the intelligent production process of die casting mold.
