- 研究了热处理对Zn11%Al8%CuMg合金组织性能的影响。结果表明,热处理后锌合金晶粒细化,组织分布更加均匀,共晶组织的形貌变得圆整;热处理后的抗拉强度和伸长率增加,但布氏硬度有所下降,综合性能得到改善。
The microstructure and mechanical properties of Zn11%Al8%CuMg alloy after heat treatment were investigated in this paper. The results show that the refined grains, more uniform microstructure and rounder eutectic structures are obtained after heat treatment. The tensile strength and elongation increase, while the Brinell hardness decreases slightly, and the overall properties are improved after heat treatment.
