- 金属粉末注射成形技术是一种新的材料成形技术,综述了金属粉末注射成形的优缺点以及成形工艺过程。计算机辅助模拟最佳加工艺参数在金属粉末注射成形中也得到了应用,分析了计算机模拟的理论基础、发展与现状,提出了我国发展金属粉末注射成形过程计算机模拟技术的必要性和迫切性。Metal powder injection molding technology was a new materials forming technology.The advantages and disadvantages of metal powder injection molding and forming process were summarized.The computer aided simulation of optimum adding process parameters had also been applied in metal powder injection molding.The theoretical basis,development and current situation of computer simulation were analyzed,and the necessity and urgency of developing computer simulation technology of metal powder injection molding process in China were put forward.
