- 脉冲磁场(PMF)凭借瞬时强磁、对材料无污染和操作方便等优点,在铝及铝合金铸造方面具有良好的应用前景。针对形核的起源及柱状晶向等轴晶转变(CET)机制,论述了脉冲磁场对凝固组织的影响,总结了凝固组织的细化及控制机理,最后对数值模拟在此领域的应用进行了展望。
Pulsed magnetic field (PMF) has great application prospects in Al and Al alloys casting due to the advantages of transient strong magnetism, no pollution to materials, and convenient operation. Aiming for the origin of nucleation and the mechanism of columnar to equiaxed transition (CET), the influence of PMF on the solidification structure was discussed, and the refinement and control mechanism of solidification structure were summarized. Finally, the application of numerical simulation technology in this field is prospected.
