- 金属熔体的物理性质影响着固态组织的宏观性能,对凝聚态物理、材料科学和材料制备工艺等领域都有着十分重要的意义。而磁场作用下金属熔体物性测量的研究,则有助于开发新型电磁冶金和材料过程控制技术,并为磁场在其它领域的应用提供指导。本文从研究方法和研究现状两个方面,综述了磁场下金属熔体物性参数(接触角、电阻率、相变温度、磁化率、扩散系数)测量的研究进展,着重介绍了磁场下物性测量的设备开发和实验研究,并对该领域未来的发展提出了展望。
The physical properties of metal melts affect the macro properties of solid structures, and are of great significance in the fields of condensed matter physics, material science and material preparation technology. The research on the physical property measurement of metal melt under magnetic field will help to develop new electromagnetic metallurgy and material process control technology, and provide guidance for the application of magnetic field in other fields. From the aspects of research method and research status, the research progress of the measurement of the physical property parameters (contact angle; resistivity; phase transition temperature; magnetic susceptibility; diffusion coefficient) of metal melt under magnetic field is reviewed, and the equipment for physical property measurement under magnetic field is emphatically introduced. Development and experimental research, and prospects for future developments in this field are presented.
