- 本文通过有限元数值模拟,研究了变形速度、变形温度对TC21钛合金深筒件内各特征点的温度、等效应变与等效应力的影响。研究表明:随着变形速度及变形温度的提高,深筒件内部的等效应变先增加后减小,而等效应力总体呈现先减小,后大幅提高的趋势;并且发现当采用变形温度为945℃、变形速度为10mm/s的工艺参数时,深筒件的可锻性能最好。
Based on the numerical simulation of forging process of TC21 titanium alloy deep tube and the influence of distribution by the temperature field, the strain field and the stress field from forging temperature and deformation speed on TC21 titanium alloy deep tube.It is found that the deformation velocity and deformation temperature have different effects on the equivalent strain and equivalent stress of the forging, and when the forging temperature is 945℃, forging deformation velocity is 10mm/s, the deep tube have the best forging performance.
