- 综述了陶瓷颗粒增强金属基复合耐磨材料的成分设计原则。从陶瓷预制体制备工艺、陶瓷颗粒增强金属基复合耐磨材料制备工艺及改善陶瓷颗粒与金属基体润湿性三个方面阐述了复合耐磨材料的研究进展。概述了陶瓷颗粒增强金属基复合耐磨材料应用现状,并对未来发展进行了展望。
The principle of composition design of ceramic particle reinforced metal matrix composite wear-resistant materials was reviewed.The research progress of composite wear-resistant materials is elaborated from the following three aspects:the preparation process of ceramic preform,the preparation process of ceramic particle reinforced metal matrix composite wear-resistant materials,and improvement of wettability between ceramic particles and metal matrix.The application status of ceramic particle reinforced metal matrix composite wear-resistant materials was summarized, and the future development is prospected.
