- 本文通过对传统高锰钢ZGMn13进行Nb、V合金化处理获得一种Nb-V合金化高锰钢,使高锰钢辙叉晶粒得到有效细化,晶粒尺寸比普通高锰钢辙叉细化1-2级;同时Nb、V合金化促使晶粒内析出大量细小弥散分布的Nb(C,N)、V(C,N)等硬质颗粒,有效提升辙叉强度,Nb-V合金化高锰钢辙叉的屈服强度和抗拉强度分别提升了28%和11%,冲击功提升了10%。辙叉强度的提升有效抑制了爆炸硬化引起的辙叉服役过程中心轨水平裂纹的产生,使重载铁路辙叉服役寿命由原来的1.5亿吨提高到2.5亿吨以上。
In this study, a kind of Nb-V alloyed high manganese frog is manufactured by Nb and V alloying of the traditional ZGMn13, and this strategy makes the grain size of the frog refined of 1-2 grades. Moreover, alloying elements of Nb and V promote a large number of finely dispersed Nb(C, N) and V(C, N) precipitation during the heat treatment process, which can effectively improve the strength of the frog. The yield strength and tensile strength of the Nb-V alloyed high manganese frog were increased by 28% and 11%, respectively, and the impact energy was increased by 10% compared with that of the ZGMn13 frog. The strength improvement of the frog can effectively inhibit the generation of horizontal cracks during service of the point rail induced by explosion hardening, which successfully increases the service life of the heavy-haul railway frog from 150 million tons to more than 250 million tons.
