- 以斜齿轮为铸造试验对象,沿工艺流程从铸型设计、铸型3D打印、铸型脱水、零件浇注4阶段对石膏型无 模快速精密铸造工艺进行了研究。结果表明,当所铸零件形状复杂时,采用剖分结构的铸型比整体铸型更有利于型腔内 部余粉的清理;型腔表面不用刷硅溶胶或水玻璃等,但需进行脱水处理,否则铸件易出现气孔等缺陷;石膏型无模铸造 充型能力强,型壳清理方便,铸造出来的零件尺寸精度可达CT5~CT6,表面粗糙度Ra值可达3.2~6.3μm。With helical gears as the casting test object, the moldless rapid precision casting technology of plaster mold was studied by four stages as casting mold design, 3D printing, dewatering and casting parts along the process flow. The results show that when the shape of the casting parts is complex, the partition structure is more advantageous to the cleaning of the cavity interior than the whole casting; the surface of the cavity inside the plaster casting does not need to be brushed with silica sol or sodium silicate, but needs to be dewatered, otherwise the casting is prone to defects such as blowhole; the filling capacity of plaster mold is better than that of the sand mold. The plaster mold is easy to clean. The dimensional precision of the part casted can reach CT5 ~ CT6, and the Ra value of surface roughness can reach 3.2 ~ 6.3 μm.
