- 利用有限元方法,获得铸造A356铝合金轮辋弯曲强度和疲劳性能。 对比前后设计方案应力、损伤值大小 和分布区域差异,验证轻量化方案的可行性,为轮辋减重提供有效依据,进而节省开发成本。The bending strength and fatigue properties of A356 aluminum alloy were obtained by finite element method. The difference of stress, damage value and distribution area before and after design scheme was compared. Verify the feasibility of lightweight scheme, provide effective basis for rim weight reduction, and then save development cost.
