- 针对铸件结构和使用要求,分析了铸件铸造技术难点和需解决的关键问题,在总结原工艺生产遗留问题的 基础上,进一步改进、优化了工艺措施,生产证明,对于薄壁、不加工面较多的铸铝件,正确选择铸造工艺方案及适宜的 参数设计,并结合树脂砂造型,可生产出尺寸精度高,表面光洁的高品质铸件。According to the casting structure and application requirements, the technical difficulties of casting and the key problems to be solved were analyzed. On the basis of summarizing the remaining problems of the original process, the process measures were further improved and optimized. The results show that for the aluminum casting with thin wall and less processing surface, the casting process plan and appropriate parameter design, combined with resin sand molding, can produce high quality casting with high size accuracy and smooth surface.
