- ZL205 合金由于其高强度和组织 - 性能热处理可调的优势, 在航空航天领域具有重要应用。 本文针对ZL205 合金铸造特性,设计出包含不同类型、不同尺寸工艺件的浇注系统,然后开展了重力条件下熔模精密铸造技术研究,在 200 、 500 ℃ 模壳预热温度、空冷和风冷条件下,对各工艺件成形能力及铸造缺陷进行分析。 进一步研究了典型尺寸工艺件内的铸造组织特征,探讨了壁厚、冷速等因素对 ZL205 合金显微组织的影响,为各类型 ZL205 合金构件熔模精铸提供工艺指导。ZL205 alloy has important applications in aerospace field because of its high strength, adjustable microstructure and properties. Aiming at the casting performance of ZL205 alloy, this paper first designed the pouring system including different types and sizes of process parts and fabricated the ceramic mold shell. Then, the investment casting technology under gravity conditions was carried out. Under the preheating temperatures of 200 and 500 ℃, natural and air cooling, the forming ability and casting defects were analyzed. Further, the microstructure of typical parts were studied, and the influence of wall thickness, cooling rate and other factors on the solidified microstructure was discussed. The results can provide technical guidance for investment casting of various types of ZL205 alloy components.
