- 为了降低异型复杂铸件产品在检测方面的成本,提升铸件产品的加工合格率。采用三维扫描方法检测复杂铸件,并提取检测铸件坐标点,将相关坐标基准点传递到机械加工工序。结果表明,三维尺寸扫描不仅提高复杂铸件的检测精度,通过基准点传递,铸件产品的机加工效率及精度得到大幅提升,验证了三维扫描技术在铸件加工过程的坐标基准匹配的可靠性。In order to reduce the cost of testing and improve the qualified rate of casting products.The 3 D scanning method was used to detect the complex casting,and the coordinate points of the casting were extracted and detected.The results show that 3 D scanning not only improves the detection accuracy of complex casting,through the transfer of reference point,the machining efficiency and accuracy of casting products have been greatly improved.The reliability of coordinate reference matching of 3 D scanning technology in casting processing is verified.
